Verification
In order to verify your VBET account, you need to:
- "Sign in" to your account.
- Choose the profile icon from the upper right corner,
- then click "My Profile"
- Go to "Documents" from the left side of the page.
- Send via email or upload the scanned or digital photocopies of your valid documents (such as ID card, passport, residency card or Driver's License) and a document that verifies your registered address(such as utility bill, address page of your account, etc.) the latter should be issued not earlier than 3 months from now.

- In the picture, you need to make visible only the first six and the last four digits of your credit card’s front side.
Make sure to cover the three-digit CVV number on the back of the card. Please note the card must be signed; otherwise, it will be considered invalid.
If the provided documents are valid, the verification process takes from two to five minutes. In case of invalid documents, you will need to undergo verification again.
